PRODUCTS
VARNISH
Printing Varnish, UV curable of LED curable formulations applicable by roller coater have been developed especially for difficult substrates. (Viscosity /curing speed depend of the type of lamp and of the material to be coated, for more information contact us).
Digital spot varnish curable by LED equipment or UV is also available.
Specifications depend of the application and of the curing equipment.
UV CURABLE DOME AND DECORATIVE RESIN
UV-LED CURABLE WATER BASED FORMULATIONS
UV-LED curable water based formulations for coating on difficult or very specific substrates are also available.
UV CURABLE COLORED DOMING RESIN
Colored (Yellow, magenta, blue, light black, white) or pearl effect can be obtained with our curable resins.
UV or LED curable curved dome and decorative coatings are available, those materials produce very transparent dome like coating in few seconds under UV curing lamp.
Viscosity of these resins is dependent of the application, but most of the time quite high viscosity( > 30.000 mPas) allowing application even on holes is required.
Besides, those products have very low toxicity allowing safe handling. According to the application, some primer might be first applied for adhesion improvement.
